We list all available apartments exclusively on ImmobilienScout24. In addition, we keep an internal waiting list – as soon as something becomes available, we notify the waiting list first. To join, a short email is enough to wohnen@karemha.de with your desired apartment size. In the meantime, please kindly refrain from individual enquiries.

Already living with us? Through the tenant portal you can report matters and find important documents. Our emergency service is reachable around the clock – all access details are in your tenant info folder.
