Download the app & register
Use the WeWash app (App Store / Google Play) or web app and register free of charge with name & email. Enter the activation code within 24 hours.
Choose a laundry room
With GPS enabled, the app shows the laundry rooms near you – simply select the one in your underground garage.
Reserve a machine
See availability and prices for washing/drying and reserve a machine free of charge. If everything is busy, you join the digital queue.
Load & start
Load the reserved machine within the reservation window and start the wash or dry cycle as usual.
Ready notification
Once the cycle is complete, you receive a push notification. Take out your laundry within the stated collection window.
Pay cashless
Billing happens automatically via your stored payment method (credit card, PayPal or SEPA). You receive the invoice by email and in the app.
